Update to Clrfund's QF Implementation

After the recent $350k Ethstaker x Clrfund round, an issue was identified with our implementation of Quadratic Funding, resulting in funding allocations different from what is described in the original CLR paper. A fix has now been implemented, future rounds will use the correct QF implementation.

TL;DR - Round 5 just wrapped up. The community distributed ~$2,900 to eleven Ethereum public goods projects. The updates all worked as expected, so the matching pool for next round will be scaled up to ~$8,000.

TL;DR - clr.fund round 5 just went live! 🎉️ We’ve reduced the matching pool to $1,000 and the duration around a week, because this round tests some new contracts that address issues from round 4. We’re also using a new registry contract, so make sure to add your favourite projects.

TL;DR - Holy moly what a round! With a ~$4k matching pool, the more than 200 community members contributed a whopping ~$3k to the projects they like and managed to hit the message cap on MACI. 🤯️

Round 3 Review

TL;DR - With a ~2,000 wxDai matching pool, Round 3 had 31 unique contributors and 22 public goods projects. The matching pool for Round 4 will double again, to ~4,000 wxDai, and ETHDenver will allocate the $15,000 prizepool using an instance of clr.fund.

Round 2 Review

TL;DR - another successful round in the books; 16 people allocated 1,007 wxDai to 16 Ethereum Public Goods projects. This round represents a milestone. So to celebrate, we’re going to start increasing the size of the matching pools! 🎉️

TL;DR - clr.fund round 1 went off without a hitch, 26 people allocated 1,231 wxDai to 15 Ethereum public goods projects. Round 2 is about to kick off with another 1,000 wxDai of matching funds up for grabs, along with several improvements.
